This can be studied by research - how many customers are willing to and are using the product.

For the middle class population, who has the need to commute with their own vehicles/cannot afford the conventional ways/unwilling to do it the conventional ways of purchasing, amazon cars is an online cars platform that allows users to buy cars, chose desired payment and financing options online unlike the conventional dealers that requires the users to go check the cars at showroom/offer limited payment options and support.

we will know this is true when we see as many users purchasing online compared to offline.
